1. DESCRIBE YOUR GEAR

Send all the information (Brand - Type - Model - Condition) and lots of pictures of the product to jamie@icarus.eu.

We will check the following criteria:

  • Only kites, wings, boards or foilsets
  • Only models from 2024, 2023, 2022
  • Only the following brands: Ozone - North - Duotone - F-One - Slingshot
  • Condition - No damages or repairs are accepted. Don't send us pinholes, we'll know!

2. GET A QUOTE

We will give you a conditional quote for your products considering age, catalog value and resale value. 

'Conditional' means that if upon inspection the kite is not as described the quote will be adjusted or canceled. 

3. SEND/BRING YOUR GEAR

If you accept our conditional quote you can send us your gear or bring it to the store. 

4. ICARUS INSPECTION

Icarus will inspect the products.

  • Product as described: conditional quote is confirmed. You get a voucher which you can use to buy new toys.
  • Product not as described: quote will be adjusted accordingly.

Please be advised: we trust you to send us the kite as described. If you do not accept the adjusted quote or the kite is not sellable, a processing fee of €50 plus shipping cost needs to be paid before we can return your stuff.

5. CHOOSE YOUR NEW GEAR

You can choose the full Icarus catalog of new and non-sale products (kite/wing/foil/boards). 

You only pay the price of the kite minus the value of the quote from your used product. Only one voucher per new product is accepted.  

6. GO SEND IT!

We send you your new stuff at home or you can pick it up at our store. Enjoy your new gear :-)

 

 

Terms and conditions:

  • We’re not responsible for any problems that occur during the shipment of the used product by the client. All clients are advised to use insured shipment and to provide a track and trace code to Icarus.
  • When a used product has to be returned to the customer due to the reasons below, a processing fee of 50€ + shipment cost has to be paid before the return is executed:
    • The product has been sent without prior approval;
    • The product is not as described and it is not sellable; 
    • The product is not as described and the adjusted quote is not accepted.
